Nice but a bit overpriced in my opinion. All I needed was a new spring, but they talked me into new end bearing plates, which I later found out was completely unnecessary. They also charged me for new rollers when I didn’t explicitly agree to it or know it would be extra. Just shy of $900 total. My dad had just died unexpectedly and I was overwhelmed and exhausted. I had a conversation with them about what needed to be done, and I signed the paper without reading every word, so I suppose I’m at fault too. Reps were friendly and fast, I was just surprised to see the price tag afterwards. You be the judge of the prices. Can’t provide photo of invoice so see below:
Fixed my broken tension spring and replaced 2 old ones…jeremy was very professional and went over the work they were hired for and even checked other components of my garage door system to see if there were any future issues…highly recommended

Jeremy showed up on time and was very professional. He explained all the problems in detail and answered all of my questions thoroughly. His customer service was excellent, and I would recommend his company anytime.
