My normal Massage Therapist was unavailable so obligingly booked with Solely Massage & Yoga after reading the many 5 star reviews. I booked an ashiatsu massage based on the reviews and perceived value I could get out of it as a runner with sciatica pain. Fortunately, Janae agreed this type of massage was super useful for runners - she did not lie. “I could not recommend Sanja more!!! I had AC joint repair surgery (decompression and open distal cuff excision) 6 weeks ago. I have been going to PT for 5 weeks and I could still barely move my arm behind my back (internal rotation behind the back) and came out after my massage feeling like I did 10 years ago.I am BLOWN AWAY! “Visited Jackie & Charles in the Cornelius office, after suffering from chronic lower back pain for a couple of months. Tried yoga stretching, chiropractic, and heating pad, but the pain persisted...until after I was treated by Charles. One hour with him gave me more relief than I had from any of the above.
