My wife bought me a pair of really fancy shoes but I have pretty wide feet and needed them stretched. They were able to stretch the width of the shoes and they are so much more comfortable. They have a huge shoe repair section with all the old timey shoe repair stuff. Pretty cool spot

Stopped by to get two leather belts adjusted and the experience could not have been better. I saw the folks in the alteration shop were busy however the lady at the front desk told me to just wait and there was no need to pick up later. Took no more than two minutes and the added belt holes looked the same as the originals - perfect. These belts were fairly pricey so I wanted someone who would do a good job and I was referred to Lake Norman Shoe Repair. I was not disappointed. Recommend them for any of your clothing repair/alteration/dry cleaning needs. Had such a great experience with the shoe cobbler! My Sally wedges from Tory Burch have been worn thoroughly for multiple years. And wow they do an amazing job!! I'm thrilled with the outcome and the new heel! For 25$?! After speaking with one of their regular customers whom I can tell really cares about quality ( SHE RAVED) I brought back a pile of things that needs repairs, and dry cleaning! Excited to pick up later this week!
