I have been a loyal customer for 2 years now. I go in every week to drop and pickup. My clothes are always perfectly cleaned and pressed. I have used the alterations service several times too and I have been very pleased. I have become a regular and I am always amazed how the owner and Louise always remember me when I walk in the door. I look forward to chatting with Louise and seeing her. I feel like they care about me and I truly believe they go above and beyond in service. Highly recommend.

I've used Signature for quite a while with no issue until about 2 weeks ago. I dropped off a bundle of 15 shirts in their chute. And when i came to pick it up a couple of days later a shirt was missing.It happened to be a brand new shirt I had never worn. And it just happened to be 1 of the 2 most expensive shirts in the bag. Coincidence?The guy at this store explained in exquisite detail how their process prevents items from ever being lost. This is by far the best dry cleaner in the area. Not only do they do a fantastic job their employees are very kind and welcoming. And to whoever you are Mary T. Maybe you shouldn't be so immature as to write a negative review of a local business because one of their employees has an opposing political view as yours. And telling others not to use them. Wow your sickness shines bright. You really should get some help!!!
