I tried the red light therapy for the first time and it was wonderful! I felt like I was at the beach! They combine the Halo Therapy with RL and it really knocks it out of the park! I’m not a person who relaxes easily but they really have it set up to work magic ! Even the front desk personTabitha, was so calm and soothing the way she spoke. I asked her a few questions and she gave me a thorough explanation. Thank you Tabitha and Lake Norman Salt Spa for a great experience!
During my visit today for infrared/red light therapy detox bed. I experienced a peaceful and relaxing experience. This spa is quite tranquil, and the staff members are very friendly. I highly recommend this place.
Did an infrared sauna session and it felt amazing. Thoroughly relaxed afterwards. Great atmosphere and lovely personnel on staff. Looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend for whole body relaxation
