Stopped in after seeing there was a place close by while I was out of town similar to the one I frequent back in GA! So glad I stopped by! The staff was super nice and the shake and tea were great!! Sweet paisley(the dog) was a bonus ? I’ll definitely stop back when I’m close by.

Pat and Sam at Lake Norman nutrition are so great! In this morning for my first visit and they welcomed me with a free Smoothie, I can tell that they really care about their community and the people who visit their shop. They have definitely gained a new customer, thanks guys!

I went in for the first time today! Sam was so helpful and sweet in explaining how it all works! The aloe shot, green tea and chocolate peanut butter shake was all so good! Definitely gave me energy to get through a hot day like today! Fun and bright atmosphere and delicious!
