Making an appointment was easy. I had 4 area rugs and stairs. Chase was here for about an hour and change. Everything looks great and was a great deal. I paid $235. I definitely recommend Lake Norman Carpet & Tile. Picture was a very dull and dirty rug and now looks new!
Wow! What a great company! Chase knows high-end carpet and tile cleaning like no other. Excellent work on my large home. And Chase is so nice and personable on top of great work. Prices hit a sweet spot and are not high at all. A+ for his company!
Cannot emphasize enough how amazing Chase was. He was communicative, punctual, professional, and extremely reasonably priced. He recently did a job for our church and the carpets look, feel, and smell 1000x better. He finished the whole job in under a day for a price that could not be beat. Throughout the whole process he responded to calls and was flexible with our schedule. Definitely will be doing business with him again!
