Bogan Frahm has been extremely helpful for my recovery after labrum surgery. He helped me get back on the court sooner than anticipated by greatly strengthening and improving the range of motion in my shoulder. He’s very knowledgeable and without him, I would not have recovered as quickly.
SO thankful for Bogan Frahm and the facility! Bogan has helped me immensely with mobility and strength with MUCH progress! I could not move my left arm above my shoulder and now I am moving weights. He has immensely improved my quality of life and I am planning on getting back to competitive golf very soon!
I had BFR therapy on my doctors’s recommendation after having stem cell therapy on my knee. Bogan and the rest of the staff were the best and great to work with. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and physical therapy with him was actually fun!
