If I could add a 6th star I would! I take the classes virtually through Zoom and love having the instructor see me and mention me by name as if I were there in person! I still break a sweat from home which I wouldn't do practicing by myself. The owner offers virtual drop in class discounts for only $10! And if you're ate there's no disruption! Take it in your backyard, living room, garage or even a closet!

Sandy is the most badass yoga instructor there is! Her music is loud and the beats are so good to flow to in her hot power yoga! She even does it virtually now, so everyone can flow even from their home! Make sure you catch her MWF at 5:30am!
