Great experience at F45 Cornelius. Reside abroad and traveled to N. Carolina. Took 2 classes at this location. The site has very good and well kept equipment. The trainer, Ryan, gave a high energy classes constantly motivating the group to push forward. Very good and demanding routines in each class. Definitely recommend the gym for working out.
F45 has been a game changer to reach my fitness goals. I joined couple of months ago and I am seeing a big change in my body and energy levels. The coaches are great, they always encourage me to work hard and give me feedback on how to improve my form. I had the opportunity to do an Inbody scan when I joined the gym. One of the trainers went over my results and we set up couple of goals. Last Inbody scan showed great improvements in my numbers. I love that I choose this place to continue my wellness journey!!
Love love love this gym! I've been coming since last fall and have not turned back since. The instructors are fun, informative and true professionals. They help make adjustments and suggestions to make sure that you get the most out of your workouts. I never regret dragging my butt out of bed to go work out.
