“First gel pedicure at 2020 Nail Spa and overall a good experience! Mimi was sweet, professional, and my feet felt brand new after the basic pedi. A couple of small things kept me from giving five stars: I wasn’t offered a color book/pallette to choose from at first, just told to pick from the wall, which felt overwhelming with so many shades. Mimi later showed me the palette, which helped to choose an additional color. The overall spa energy felt a bit superficial and most techs were male on the Monday I visited. Still, Mimi’s service made it a positive experience—I’d return to work with her again!“
