“Dr. Bill diagnosed my dog within two months of me switching him from viewmont animal hospital. At Viewmont they wouldn't listen when I told them I thought he had Cushing's disease. For two years I had him there for not sleeping through the night, accidents in the house, chugging water, and getting sores all over him. Dr. Bill listens. She really goes above and beyond and her staff is just as amazing. They treat you like family.“

“Startown is absolutely amazing, after leaving vet medicine I bounced around a few vet hospitals in the area just not able to find one that quite fit how I expected to be treated and how I excepted my animals to be treated. They have listened to me about how my animals do best and which protocols work and don’t work for my animals. The icing on the cake is one of my females is more nervous when it comes to the vet and they are able to restrain her safely without extra stress on her which makes me so happy as a pet owner. I 100% would recommend them to anyone in the area that’s looking for not only a good vet but an honest one.“

“We grew up and started our family in the area. I joined the military and we moved away for a few years and now we are back local. Our usual vet was Dr. Hill, the 1st one all the way through the younger one. We had good relationships with all of them and their employees. Upon returning, we weren’t welcomed kindly at all and decided things obviously have changed there and did not want to deal with that.

We searched and called this Vet. The staff on the phone was quick to get us an appointment which is really what we needed, quickness. The dogs needed to get a full check up with a new vet since moving.

When I arrived at the appointment the front desk staff was really just plain rude and unnecessarily short and left me guessing if I needed to sit down? Stay there? Answer questions? Where did I pay when I was done because no one said anything? etc.

The vet (Dr. Gruber) and our Vet Tech (Jessie) were great to work with. I really enjoyed them and I feel they were absolutely incredible with Max. I couldn’t be happier with that level of care. They really gave him a good once over which is what he needed.

Pricing was fair considering the amount of care Max needed. Time in and out was great, no wait (other than at the counter wondering what to do, where to go, and who to talk to).

I’m willing to put up with a little “uncalled-for sass”, if the vet is good with my dogs. I'll consider staying for now because of that. I hope they read this and make some changes with the people up front such as training, “encounter reviews” on the cameras, etc.
