This office is just amazing! My dog typically hates going to the vet- he’s very afraid and not a super friendly dog. They always know what to do to keep him calm! From putting calming spray on bandanas to giving the dogs tasty treats in the room- this place goes above and beyond. I actually moved an hour away but still take my dog here because they are that good. I’ve never found an office that is as good as this one and I will continue to come here! Every staff member we have interacted with is so kind and gentle. You can tell they truly love animals and what they do!

A year a a half of my dog having ear infections in one of her ears and going to 2 different vets with no resolution I finally stumbled upon an amazing vet that figured out the problem with 1 single visit. We had such an awesome experience with Startown Vet! Doctor Pennell was amazing and so gentle with my very nervous dog. He made her feel so much more relaxed than any other vet in the past. I’m so excited for him to do surgery on my Jenny so she can stop being in pain! 100% recommend Startown vet!
