After my air conditioner stopped working on July 3, I called One Hour Air Conditioning was very pleased to learn a technician could come that day. Matt Brown arrived before noon, quickly diagnosed the problem and was able resolve the issue by replacing a capacitor in the unit. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Kudos for providing great service on a holiday weekend!
My technician did a great job. He checked the unit and it needed a lot of work. My unit was very old. He talked to me about a new unit, so I'm going to look for his company to send the people to my house to talk about refinancing a new unit. He was very helpful and professional.
