I had a service call with Anytime yesterday. I was very impressed with Fred, their representative. He was professional, polite, and helpful regarding my problem with my Mitsubishi mini split. He got back to me later that day regarding two estimates for a new unit. I found their prices and professionalism to be superior to the company I had used. They don't gouge you for a service call fee to trouble shoot your problem. Their cost of freon was 25% less than the company I had been using.
