I had a service call with Anytime yesterday. I was very impressed with Fred, their representative. He was professional, polite, and helpful regarding my problem with my Mitsubishi mini split. He got back to me later that day regarding two estimates for a new unit. I found their prices and professionalism to be superior to the company I had used. They don't gouge you for a service call fee to trouble shoot your problem. Their cost of freon was 25% less than the company I had been using. I will be using Anytime from now on and would recommend anyone to get their estimate before hiring anyone in the Hickory area.
I called them and they said they'd schedule me 9 am next day. Kim called back to reschedule today at 3/3:30. Got a text at 2:15, could they come. Text them back at 3, and my contractor had let them in. They text about 15 mins with diagnosising the issue for free!! A quote(which was half what I was quoted from another business). I asked Fred to go ahead, he text me again 20 mins later, he was done!!! They sent me a link to pay. I highly recommend this business and will be using them again!!! Thank you all for your help.
Garrett Icard was my technician, and was fantastic from start to end. Arrived early and saved me a ton of money. Second time doing business with anytime, and I let everyone I know about them if they are having heat / ac trouble. You guys rock.
