Chase did a very thorough inspection of our HVAC system with complete explanations of what he was doing and what he found. Not unexpectedly, he found some problems not taken care of by our previous service company and fixed them for us. We were happy to sign a contract with him and look forward to his continuing service.

Samuel came to our house due to a malfunctioning furnace. He helped fix the problem, was respectful of our home, clearly explained the issues, and even went out of his way to bring some packages inside for my pregnant wife. If he is representative of how your company operates you’ll have a customer for life! Thank you for all your help

Happy to give Canella a five star review. We had a hot water pipe break and the crawl space was humid and wet. Canella came out the same day and checked out the filter and duct work for damage. Service tech Chase was extremely thorough and knowledgeable about our situation and we highly recommend him and Canella.
