Comfort First Heating and Cooling provides prompt and professional HVAC service. Technicians like Ken and Josh are knowledgeable and friendly, explaining everything in a clear manner. Ken did a wonderful job fixing the A/C, and the service call was completed quickly. Josh was very prompt and helpful. During a hot summer, prompt contact and appointment scheduling was appreciated, and the tech was helpful and professional. When something within a new system tripped, they were out the next day to repair the issue and also gave attention to other unrelated issues that could have been a big deal if unnoticed. Ken was great, very personable, and explained everything, though dispatch could have been more accurate with the arrival time. The business will be a first choice for future service.
Jeremiah was a very knowledgeable HVAC tech, he diagnosed the issue with my mini split. It turned out Confort Heating and Cooling couldn't service this design and manufacturer, Jeremiah took pictures and did a write up to ensure my unit gets fixed. Very professional young man. Kudos to Jeremiah and Comfort!!

Always a great job and friendly Edwin and William courteous and answered questions. Cleaned up everything. Helped me set up online while helping me learn the new thermostat. Great job on my full HVAC system.
I cannot thank Ken enough for his expertise in knowing how to resolve the issue. With New technologies in the heating and air industry it is important that those working on the equipment have an understanding of the changes that have taken place. It can be very complicated To the point that not everyone has had the same training and has the knowledge to work on these newer systems.
