Bill and his helper did a fantastic job on my wooden clapboard house at Lake Junaluska. It started with a detailed, expert review of the work that needed to be done. I am confident that Bill accurately identified everything that needed to be done (from power washing to laborious preparation of the surfaces to some wood repair) to get my house in good shape. He and his helper then worked for weeks (in between rains) to get the surface well prepared. He sent photos daily of the issues they'd encountered and the ways they'd fixed them (e.g., at one point, one of the clapboards was missing a piece, so Bill found it in the yard and put it back in, and he did additional... read full review
