Called them yesterday to get service on our heating unit. Very polite and courteous lady answered the phone (Deb). I explain to her that I was in a different city and asked her if there's anyway she could send somebody out to look at our unit. I told her I wasn't home and i wouldn't be home until later. She said yes I can and asked the address. Later a service man called me and said he was at my house . He was pretty sure whar part it needed and gave me all the info. I told him to yes go ahead and order it . Today I got a phone call ,part was in and they would be out to fix it ! It was fixed in 30 minutes! I’ve been using B&I for years now when my a/c finally bit the dust? Jack came out and gave me an estimate. Five days later Jack, Bobby and Noah installed a brand new heat pump in my home and I couldn’t possibly be any happier with the entire process. My home is nice and cool again!! Great deal, outstanding install and excellent folks to deal with. The only place that’ll get my business.Services: Install AC
