LT Nails & Spa provides a lovely and clean environment for its customers. The staff are pleasant and accommodating, willing to work with walk-ins and ensure a relaxing experience. They manage customer spacing and waiting times very well, even in a busy shopping center. The staff takes the time to listen to customers' needs and deliver excellent service. Visitors can expect a good experience, whether they're in for a pedicure, manicure, or other services. The salon is known for its friendly and welcoming atmosphere, where staff make an effort to know their customers by name. While they excel in colors, customers note that the salon may not be the best choice for nail designs. Many customers recommend specific technicians for their attention to detail and gentle approach.
If you go here, make sure you book with Kim! she is the absolute sweetest lady and wants to make sure you leave loving your nails! she is so gentle and takes her time to make sure they are perfect! i usually make appointments for after work so it isn’t 5:30 until i get there, but Kim always stays well over an hour after closing to make sure my finger and toe nails are perfect! she is the best! love you Kim! Kim does such a wonderful job on my nails. I’m very picky, also they did a 👏 on my pedicure as well. I like to have a certain shape and they did exactly what I asked. I won’t go any where else.
The staff has never not been friendly every time I walk in- despite being in a busy shopping center, they manage their costumer spacing and waiting time very well! I personally recommend John, who did my nails just recently and I’m going to be revisiting from now on- he does a very good job and pays close attention to detail. Although I recommend him, please note that the entire staff is incredibly friendly as well!
