I took my young daughter here for a birthday treat of having her nails done. We did not have an appointment but they fit us right in and made her feel so special. She just had her nails cleaned and painted and it was really reasonable! We will go again!

Top Nails Salon is simply the best nail salon in the Winston Salem, Forsyth County, Clemmons area. Near or far it is worth the drive. I have been going to Lisa for five years, and my Mom has been going to Pam for three. The salon is always clean and odor free. They also offer extras like something to drink (water, sodas, hot tea or coffee, and even wine!) and the mani service includes sugar scrub, a hot towel, and a lotion massage. There are several pedi packages to choose from, including the amazing Pearl Spa pedicure. Come to Top Nails for your next mani/pedi, you will be pampered and amazed!!!

Found this nail salon soon after moving to NC. Have been going to them for 3 years. I get my nails done by Lin but Lisa and Pam are also fantastic. Very relaxing atmosphere, very spa like. No noisy TV blaring. Love Top Nails. Very reasonably priced too.
