I like the doctors, but seriously, the staff could be a little more courteous. You walk in and stand there while the office staff stares head first into whatever they're doing. At the very least, they could acknowledge someone's presence with "I'll be right with you", continue to finish what they're doing, and then see why you're there. I'm often scratching my head wondering if I should just sit down or start shouting "HELLO! I'M HERE!".I used to purchase our Seresto flea & tick collars there to help support our local vet. I have been taking my dog, Jemma, here for almost ten years, since I moved to the Winston Salem area. They’ve always treated us well and I always trusted them. They sent my sweet girl over the rainbow bridge with such comfort and peace that I cannot thank them enough. Y’all really mean the world to me.

Exception veterinarian! One of the elderly receptionist with glasses and blonde/grayish hair was very rude, didn’t want to assist me with dog and when it came to checkout I asked her can I bring the rest of the money when I came back (WHICH I HAVE BEEN DOING FOR OVER 4 YEARS) she said I couldn’t!
