Clemmons Veterinary Clinic has received mixed reviews from its clients. Many appreciate the veterinarians for their care and compassion, especially during difficult times, as one client expressed gratitude for the support given when their pet was euthanized. The clinic's staff at the front desk has been criticized for their rudeness and lack of courtesy, with clients feeling ignored upon entering and staff failing to acknowledge their presence. However, the back-of-house staff, including Dr. Gilyard and Dr. Brown, are highly praised for their kindness and top-notch care. Clients also commend the administrative team, such as Tammy, for their helpfulness and ability to work within clients’ budgets. Overall, while the veterinary care is valued, improvements in staff interactions at the front desk could make the client experience even better. The clinic is known for reasonable prices and excellent veterinary services, making it a preferred choice for many pet owners.
Dr. Pete was able to clear m dogs ear infection she has been suffering from for years. Other vets have thrown antibiotics at her but Dr Pete actually tested it and found it was an antibiotic resistant infection. He treated her and shes SO much better. Much appreciation for Dr Pete!
I have nothing but the best things to say about everyone at this place. Dr. Pete has saved my dog at least four times, cancer, pneumonia, cancer again, pneumonia again. He’s the best diagnostician I’ve ever known—experience is king here. His daughter Dr. Brown follows in his footsteps and is so lovely…a wonderful veterinarian. The whole staff are such gems—So nice, so caring and beyond accommodating. They always get us in the day of for an emergency, Much thanks to Brittany, Elizabeth, Tammy, and Rachel, and all their support staff. I’ve never met a more wonderful team in my life, and I’m grateful for them every day.
I had a very positive experience and will continue with my 2 kittens care here. All we're professional and caring. My vet was very knowledgeable and the place seemed like a normal vet clinic not a corporate private equity profit greedy driven non caring animal hospital.
