The superb team at the pet salon is known for trust and knowledge. The entire staff gets the best care and always makes dogs look handsome and happy. First time ever taking a dog to a groomer can be nervous but the team makes the experience better. They are easy to communicate with and have a great drop‑off/pick‑up system. They are professional and knowledgeable and also patient and kind during the first grooming visit. The staff introduced themselves before the treatment, got notes about what the owner wanted and told what to expect. They are upfront about payment and text when the dog is ready to pick up. The result is a cute haircut, an even and well styled look and a dog that looks amazing, comfortable and safe. The team works with shy dogs that are typically very scared around strangers and helps them be less nervous about paws and teeth care. They give notes on how to help the dog be less nervous in the future. People say the dogs leave with an even and well styled look and feel even better. The staff are simply top notch, the best groomer in the area for sure. Fur babies have their first visit and the owners are pleased with the cute haircuts for Shih Tzus and other mixes. The experience is awesome and the team will be back. The staff also gave notes on coat and teeth care and always makes the dog feel safe and comfortable.
First time ever taking my dog to a groomer and they couldn’t have given me a better experience. I have a 6.5 year old Pomeranian/Poodle mix who is typically very shy around strangers. He has a pretty easy to maintain coat and doesn’t shed, so I’ve always taken care of his grooming myself, pretty nervous to trust anyone with my dog after a negative experience when I dropped him off to have him neutered. I’ve been wanting to get him trimmed up for the beach and due to this hot weather so I finally did my research and bit the bullet. Brenda was his groomer and she could not have been nicer! She introduced herself before the treatment and got notes from me about what I wanted and told me what I could expect. Very upfront about payment. When they texted me to pick up Stitch, I was shocked at how GOOD she made him look. I never knew he should’ve been groomed his whole life until now, he looks amazing!! I was also shocked that Stitch wasn’t shaking and terrified of Brenda - he doesn’t trust anyone beyond the three people that he knows the best and he gets very scared very easily. He looked perfectly comfortable and safe in her arms and that told me all I needed to know about how they treated him for the 3 hours he was there. Stitch looks amazing and he was obviously so comfortable with Brenda, who told me everything they did that day and gave me notes on how to help him be less nervous about having his paws and teeth taken care of. Awesome people/experience and the cutest haircut ever - I will be back!

Took my puppy there for the first time and we absolutely love them!! They did an amazing job, best cut he has ever had! I highly recommend Bark of the Town. They truly care about your animals and are great people. Keep up the great work and we will be back to see them soon!!
