Dr. Jarmella Russell is an A+, 100% professional who takes great care of her patients. The staff are courteous and kind except the front desk when they loudly try to publicly shame you in front of other patients by loudly questioning you about any payments you may owe from a previous bill. It's highly unprofessional, embarrassing, and unnecessary.
Very smooth deal. I came in at 1pm and they took my info and evaluated me and there were 15 people in front of me. I was thinking a broken leg. They took.me right in processed me quickly and sent me on my way.
They were very serious about making sure my child had the interpreter set up before having us seen or even allowing the check in. The clinic was wonderfully clean and bright and situated next to a small pond. The staff was prompt and gentle with my daughter for her xray and working with the asl interpreter on tablet.
