I don’t even know where to begin! If I could be a spokesperson for this company I would!! My father and I have had a leak in our house for 2 weeks we’ve had 4 different companies (not going to name them but I would if I didn’t feel bad) come out to our house to try to find the leak. All FOUR other companies could NOT find the leak. Then our FIFTH company (Thorntons plumbing) comes in and assesses everything and is very thorough luckily we had Jared (our technician) find the LEAK!!! Joyce and this whole team here at Thorton’s rock! Gave me excellent Customer Service, advice and the team that came out to look at my septic were very knowledgable. 100% would recommend them to anyone in my area and with any future needs I will be calling them first!

Noticed water damage on my floors and heard water running in the walls, called and they were able to come out same day, stopped the leak and repaired/replaced the pipe. Jared was very helpful and professional!
