The clinic is very clean and the staff is most helpful, honest, and welcoming, offering great customer service. Many find the experience easy and love the clinic, trainers, and groomers. A key recommendation is for the vet, though the vet is only open on Saturdays and Sundays. The location also offers kitty litter refills. Customers appreciate the fast service even when busy and highly recommend this Petco.
I had the greatest service at that location, two day in a row. The young lady was not used to selling fish (for an aquarium), she and I learned about the fish that I purchased. She was very honest and most helpful. I fact I went back today .. and got the same salesgirl. Excellent Customer Service.
Absolutely love this petco. They have a great clinic, trainers, groomers and it's always very clean. I took my dog to the clinic for his puppy shots and they treated him so well and they were very fast getting him in and out even though it was very busy. I 100% recommend this petco especially for the Vet and won't take my puppy anywhere else. Only downside is there vet is only open on Saturdays and Sundays.
Love this pet store and I also they their kitty litter where you can refill it there. I shopped around for kitty litter and this kitty litter works for me and kitty family. Customer service here is great too. Always feel welcoming too.
