We always try to use local small businesses. Pappy's is great!!!!!! They will not try to sell you something you don't need. Fast, efficient and friendly. They ordered a part that we thought was the problem when the part came in they showed up to install it but after review it turned out to be something else fixed the problem and saved us hundreds. We highly recommend them.

Pappy’s HVAC was awesome. They came out the same day, fixed the issue fast, and didn’t try to rip me off in the process. Price was more than fair and the tech actually explained what was wrong instead of talking in circles. Super easy to work with and everything’s running perfectly now. I’ll absolutely call them again if anything else breaks.
