I appreciate the owner, Justin, prompt response and exceptional quality service. I had a couple of loose boards that I could not get the screw tight enough using the Stalwart 20V Lithium-Ion Cordless Drill. Justin arrived on the same day as his response and finished in minutes. He also tightened the railing—Justin follow-up with an email and recommendation to replace the boards due to the weathered condition.
