I met with Jayme to do a home buyer inspection on my new property in Durham. He was super friendly, easy to get along with, and answered all my questions showing a genuine interest in making sure I understood how to operate everything in my new home.
He was extremely thorough and went through the house with a fine tooth comb. When the inspection was completed I knew nothing went unnoticed.
Payment was super easy and I got the report almost exactly 24 hours later.

Jayme was quick and efficient with everything! His detail helped us in purchasing our first home. I especially liked that he took the time to go over the key points of the inspection in person, even though he was going to send a detailed report the next day. Has way more reviews on his website. However, he was quick to provide an inspection time and fit me in. Sent the report he created about the home to an inspector friend and was highly impressed. The report was over 30 pages and was upfront with issues with the house.
