Absolutely perfect experience! Check in was flawless and I was called on time. Nurse Missy did a fantastic and very detailed intake. Dr. Hana was wonderful. He took time and listened to every medical issue I had questions about and conducted a detailed review of my military medical history and civilian. I'm very glad I'm attached to that clinic!

Att first I was grateful to be scheduled quickly, that fell apart. Dr. Williams was rude, uncaring and unprofessional. I was not able to adequately relay concerns about my health without being shut down due to 'medical personal making the worst patients'. I did not feel my health was important to the 'Physician' at all. I will not be returning nor recommending this clinic. Treatment akin to this is likely why some vets find other means of remedy, drugs, alcohol, violence, suicide. Absolutely abominable and disgraceful.

They will allow walk-ins to be seen before you and you will be the one with the appointment. I showed up 8:40am for a 9:00 appointment. 7 people came in after me INCLUDING a damn walk-in. At 9:30 I ask what’s the hold up. 2 more people come in and are seen right away. I ended up just leaving bc the incompetence of this place is at an astounding level. Only reason I’m not leaving 1 star is bc at least the trifling nurse calls me to apologize. I don’t ever want to come back to this facility again.

Dr. Hanna and LPN Missy are great. I have few complaints about how I have been treated. They listen and have down-to-earth/ common sense treatments.
