As a longtime customer, I read the reviews after visiting here last week and felt compelled to write a review. This business has been in Clayton a very, very long time…long before the Clayton population boom. I have used and will continue to use their services. They do charge up front, but you can use your imagination and figure out why…it’s not personal or an assault on your character. They have been kind to me over the years, but they serve a tough crowd…a crowd that certainly enjoys talking down to them and sometimes can be downright rude. Brought in a brand new shirt and pants. Never worn. The shirt had a big brown stain on the collar when I picked it up. I complained and she said she could redo it but I had to wait 3 days...... even after I already waited 4 days for them to finish. Wouldn’t discount the woman said there’s nothing she could do. Won’t be coming back here again.

Carried some jeans in to get them hemmed. The gentleman had me to put on the jeans and he pinned the hem up to where it was suppose to be. I went back and picked up the 2 pair of jeans and carried them home. The next week I grabbed the jeans and put them on. The jeans looked like I was waiting for a master flood to happen. Due to the fact that they can’t put the material back, I didn’t take them back. 2 brand new pairs of jeans wasted.
