When a small leak developed around a bathroom vent, he went the extra mile to make sure that it was fixed. They are honest and can be trusted for advice and future projects/recommendations. They provided some general costs to expect for a larger roof project in a year or two.
From first contact to final clean up, Casey and crew did a great job. Explanations and documentation were given throughout and we greatly appreciate that as well as the professional work completed perfectly.
We wanted to choose VC originally because they were Vets and serving vets is their mission. In searching for roofers, their company came up right away and even though they were an hour away, they came out to give us a very thorough estimate with detailed pictures of our roof and gutters. Ultimately we chose them because they were able to accommodate our financial needs. We couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience with V. C. Veterans Contracting and the exceptional quality of our roof replacement and gutter repair.
We received quotes from three different companies, but V. C. Veterans immediately stood out. They were the only company that took the time to come out in person to truly assess our roof, visualize our specific needs, and listen carefully to our concerns. The other two companies relied solely on digital GPS imaging to generate quotes, which felt impersonal and less thorough.
