Recently moved to Clayton and my old HVAC company, who I had an annual maintenance contract with, did not service this area of town, so I had to find someone new. A friend recommended Arctic Air, and they did not disappoint.
James came out right after I moved in this summer to check out the HVAC systems on my house and make sure everything was good to go. He was able to clean the coils on the condenser and educate me about the systems I inherited with my home. Did a great job.

I have used Artic Air for a family home and my home. They installed a new AC system with some challenges. They have great communication. I also had to use them to fix a duct work issue with a dryer duct that another so-called company did wrong. He fixed it perfectly and charged less than the so-called duct repair company. James is easy to work with, and that makes a big difference. I hope the company owner knows how great he os with the customer.

Wow. Finally someone who fixes the Hvac problem. Will save me money too because it was pulling 5x the power to run. They knew right away what was wrong and fixed it. Best price too. My HVAC is old, but now it runs like new. A really BIG THANK YOU.
