We would recommend Air Velocity to anyone with a heat unit Bill and Shawn were excellent and when our previous air conditioning company didn’t answer us Air Velocity contacted us right away, great service and very knowledgeable and friendly.
My downstairs heat pump system died on Thursday before the July 4th holiday. Bill came out the next day on Friday, dropped off a window unit to help over the hot weekend, and provided a quote within a couple of hours. We agreed on a new unit and also asked for all of the ductwork to be replaced.
Bill and his teammate Shawn got started on Monday, and the finished the installation on Tuesday. The system is working nicely. They left my home neat and clean.

Wonderful experience! My blower motor stopped working right before a heat wave, so I was worried we'd be without A/C for days. I called Bill, and he came out the very same day, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and had everything installed by that evening.
What really stood out was his honesty. There were no sales gimmicks or pressure to replace things that didn't need replacing—just fair pricing, quality workmanship, and excellent service.
I highly recommend Bill to anyone needing HVAC work and will definitely be calling him again for any future heating and air conditioning needs!
