You people are the Best you really helped me understand hearing loss and very interested in making sure i had the correct aids for my hearing loss. The office staff as well as Mitchell took plenty of time to make sure I left happy.

I visited this office earlier today and it was my best experience EVER seeing an eye doctor. I’ll explain:

To start, I had initially booked my appointment for February 7; about 2.5-3 weeks out. By chance, I ended up misplacing my only prescription glasses last Friday afternoon (1/24). This office is not open on the weekends so I had to wait until today (Monday) to call and ask to move up my appointment. One of receptionist/eye technicians named Katherine answered the phone and was incredibly helpful. She ended up offering me multiple appointments including one same-day which I jumped on.

The staff has always been so lovely. Questions are always answered and they make sure you are heard. Started seeing Dr. Shook and got so comfortable with her being my doctor after a few years I transferred to a different optometrist and went back to Shook just to find out Dr. Collin’s came in and I wasn’t sure if I was comfortable seeing another “new” doctor but after being seen by her it was quite comforting seeing that she cares for her patients.
