Tracie took my x-rays and polished my teeth. Tracie was super nice and gentle. Tracie shows she truly cares about her clients. Tracie is definitely in the right line of work.

Terrible experience made right by Ms. Shack. Invisalign for 2 years then was scanned for my retainer April 1st. Still hadn't come 4 months later. She stayed on top of them and ensured I had the next available appointment and personally serviced me.
I wanted to wait until all of my work was completed, but I was so impressed with University Dental associates that I felt it only right to speak on their amazing service sooner than later. To be clear, this is a dentist and usually; no one like to see the dentist. Additionally this is also a new dentist for me being new to Charlotte, NC. So there was a lot riding on them to hit it out the park and they did just that. The experience was amazing, they are gentle and took every measure to assure that I was completely comfortable during my sessions. I truly cannot say enough about UDA.
