I recently had a package go missing and was very impressed by the way the owners handled the situation start to finish. The communication was consistent- even while the owner was out of the country. In the end, I was fully reimbursed in a timely manner for the product. The owner, Dee, went above and beyond to make it right. It's not everyday that big companies communicate in the way this store has. I'm very grateful for their help and will continue to use them. In addition, the staff is always friendly.

The only time I come to the UPS store is for Amazon returns. I love how easy Amazon and UPS have made it. As a millennial that doesn't own a printer, I love that I no longer have to print a shipping label. Just show them the QR code Amazon gives you and everything else is taken care of for you. My only complaint about the process is that I wish there was a separate Amazon line (I don't really expect this to happen though). Amazon returns are much faster than others in line since you don't have to pay. Somehow I always seem to get stuck behind slow people.

This UPS Store is where all my Amazon returns begin their process back at. This is the closest location to my house and the closest place for me to drop my returns off at. The process is always really easy. They just scan my QR code and take the item without any return box or label. There are normally the same 2 employees there and they are always nice and speedy.
