You don’t even deserve this one star. My wife, son and I waited over 2.5 hrs for a tow after 12am. Every time we attempted to contact for updates on our service, we were either hung up on, received a vague response or the person who answered the phone fell asleep (we could hear the snores). Do the world a favor and just close up shop as you clearly can’t provide the one service you offer.
These folks are criminal! We were making a delivery to Holiday Inn this am beside Sams club in Kannapolis and got truck and trailer booted. $3000.00 ($1500.00 each) is absolutely insane!!DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!
Im going to leave this for semi trucks in the mean time if you get booted and you feel it unlawful Google the owner of that land ?…… then call me you know my number just think about it, they will transfer you to me. Be Bless everyone ?
