We needed a local locksmith and we contacted Marty to help us out. He responded promptly to my emails, identified what we needed, showed up on time as scheduled (actually a few minutes early) to do the work, and took care of us completely. In our experience he was highly knowledgeable, thoroughly competent and professional, friendly, and very fair. The only reason I am giving 5 stars is there was not an option to give 6. If you need a locksmith, Marty is the one you want to call.
WOW! I called them for our business main lobby door the lock would not work the key anymore. These people were in our office within 20 minutes and done in about the same amount of time. I can not say how nice it is to finally have something needing fixed and you call and it is done! Usually things take forever and this feels like it was done with a snap of fingers! Thank you all so much!
