I had Southern Industries perform a renovation on my shower. It ended up requiring major work on my subfloor as well. I still can't believe that I started this in the Christmas season. We had to schedule the work three times because of the holidays and I got sick. With all this drama, the Southern Industries folks came through magnificently. After I got over the shock of the total price, I was very satisfied with the project. In fairness concerning the price, the amount of demolition and renovation was able to mitigate the price somewhat. I think I dealt with eight people throughout the project, and every one of them was outstanding. Todd was the salesman at Walmart, Chelsea was the sales rep, Alex and Dmitriy were project leaders. And finally, Sergey and Vadim handled the actual renovation. After the job was completed, Sergey came back to correct a minor issue. I would gladly use their services again and recommend them to family and friends. Thanks everyone. Now, if I can only finish my part of the bathroom!
