We were extremely lucky in being able to work with the 16 Penny team, and we have an incredible house that is beyond what we could ever dream up. From beginning to end--and even two years later--we are impressed with the quality, execution, and professionalism that Wes, Chris, Jenny, and the team consistently offer. I am very, ahem… meticulous, and they were constant in their support and expertise throughout the process, being the most patient and kind people ever when we were freaking out about building a home for the first time, from halfway across the country.
