I would use this place again and I would recommend them to others. They came in a short amount of time, professional, friendly, and took good care of my car. I appreciated their help in getting my car the help she needed to get to the shop! The price is what I expected and was average. All in all no complaints. It was a very easy process with very friendly people in a situation that was less than ideal. They communicated well and called to update me on where they were and how long they would take to get to me.
Quick, easy and great communication absolutely love hopefully I don’t need a tow again but if I do I DEFINITELY would recommend and will be coming back myself 🫶🏼
Best experience with a tow truck company ever. Mr. Robinson went above and beyond for us, Very professional and friendly. We were on our way to a concert in Charlotte when our truck broke down on I-77 in heavy traffic. He was there shortly after we called. Took us to our Hotel where we hoped to leave our truck that had a dirtbike on the back. We couldn’t leave it there. He took it for us to his lot and locked it up for us where the bike would be safe. He met us this morning so we could pick it up. If you every need a tow in the area highly recommend calling him.
