I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company.
My vehicle was booted, and I paid the required boot fee to have the boot removed. However, I was also charged a towing fee even though my Tesla never actually left the parking space. The vehicle was hooked up to the tow truck, but the tow was never completed. I do not believe I should have been charged for a towing service that was never fully provided.
I was also very concerned with how my Tesla was handled. Teslas require specific towing procedures and equipment to avoid damage, and based on what I observed, I did not feel my vehicle was being handled with the level of care or preparation it...read full review
Staff were very disrespectful and rude, immediately had an attitude when I walked in to get my car that they towed from a complex even though it was registered to park there. Also didn’t receive notification at all until after the fact that I called them twice, also incredibly rude on the phone. Honestly insane why any company would work with them. Also crazy they charge 280 to get your car when they towed it in 10 minutes before u go to pick it up.
Absolute lifesavers! Another company completely dropped the ball and left me in a huge bind, but SL Recovery truly saved the day. Towing situations are usually a total headache, but they were so kind, prompt, and took all the hassle right off my shoulders. Cannot thank them enough for stepping up when I needed it most. Highly recommend!
