I wish I could leave 0 stars. The woman who answered the phone was rude, and was laghing when I came to pick up my car.She lied and said there was no supervisor on site but then the supervisor came. His name was Sean.I asked if the calls were recorded, and how he planned to address this. He took my money, I got my car. He still hasn’t returned to Andre’s the issue.
I was very disappointed with this towing service. Any towing service is going to get a bad rap,, and I get it we sometimes get towed because of our own fault. I take accountability,, but it was so frustrating that this company would not budge on the towing cost when they towed my car last night. I was doing Uber eats and had 3 pick ups at five guys, i was inside waiting for the orders for approximately 10 to 12 mins. My hazard were on. I get you have to do your job, but being right in 5 guys I would have loved a heads up and I would have moved my car. I literally came out with 3 orders of hot Uber eats food and my car was gone/towed. I was sobbing, just a retired...read full review
These guys are complete crooks. They prey on people in the community to make a quick buck. It’s unreal that they are allowed to make money with no real regulation around the city.
