The most jankiest towing company in CLT. I’ve been staying at my apartment for 2 years and they just now starting to enforce parking not only that, they’re towing residents cars. The people that work there at extremely rude and unprofessional. I will be up there to get my car without penalty TODAY.
I wish I could give them a minus 5 cause the people are nasty and rude they towed my loaner car probably because it had a dealer tag on it but I live in the community my car was in the shop I forgot my sticker mind you my regular car had been parked in the same spot with no sticker for 3 days these people suck.Now every time I park I take pictures!
What about me ? You guys told me three times. My brand new vehicle first and then within a week because I only have one parking pass towed my truck that I also had and I never got it back because I didn't have the money to get it out and I was out of town working.. the the bill became too much for me to afford to get out so y'all stole my truck essentially. I was about to get towed to a shop right beside my apartments and they took it before I could.... Not to mention about half a year later just today they happen to take my vehicle again from the same apartment I live at because I was inside after vacuuming my vehicle out by the vacuums and washing my car off I came...read full review
