Needed a towing service and called Ace. They were professional and clear with communications and timing. Our driver, Rob, was equally professional and helpful. I now have their contact information saved on my phone for any towing needs and shared with my kids to use if they need towing services in the Charlotte area in the future.
After having a terrible experience with another company trying to get someone to tow my car I called Ace. They dispatched a driver while I was on the phone with them and had my car towed in 30 minutes. They are professional, efficient and fast. Definitely recommend.
Wow! What a great company. I called this morning and asked for them to be there at 8:30am. They showed up on the DOT!! Dylan was the guy who picked up my car. He was amazing. Literally backed up the car less than three feet and told me it was a parking break issue. Pulled the parking brake and it wasn’t working. To have a skilled person who can give unbiased feedback was amazing. I will use these guys exclusively!!
