I’m a diabetic, and I had just parked my car briefly to grab something for my blood sugar when this incident occurred. The parking lot was over capacity, so I asked my friend to attend my car while I stepped away for a moment. During that time, the tow truck arrived and tried to claim that my vehicle was unattended, even though my friend was right there.
The driver was extremely rude and told me he didn’t care about my medical condition. He also changed the fee multiple times from $275 to $375, then back to $325 which was very unprofessional.
On top of that, when he rushed to pull off, he damaged my vehicle my bumper is now hanging/disconnected after he dropped...read full review
This is just about money. That's it.
It doesn't matter if you had your car towed unfairly or not.
When you pay the money good luck finding your car outside, no lot numbers, ask, they don't know,
It's really a problem when of job like this is mixed up between a clean and dirty job.

Even though it was an unforeseen occurrence where the vehicle was towed, these guys, the owner Sean in particular, was very NICE! He gave me some great advice to avoid any more mishaps. The price was reasonable. His staff was GREAT!!! Allow them to tow your car!!! Sometimes we have to be REASONABLE, that people are doing their job! When they are good at it, we have to RESPECT THAT! Good job guys. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
