I bought a new rental property recently and was doing a few renovations before leasing it and my friend recommended Queen City. I got a couple of different quotes and their prices were good so I went with them based on the price. But what impressed me the most was with their professionalism during the whole process! I had other flooring companies out that said my floors were damaged beyond repair and that they could make LVP work. This home was built in 1938 and while I do like LVP, it is not the same. Josh communicated well and came out to look and we agreed on a plan to remove damaged planks and an old hearth and replace with new boards. The rest of the flooring was sanded to remove paint and some unwanted imperfections and new poly put on to bring back the beauty of these natural wood floors in this old house. Big thanks to Josh and Kayla and especially to David and his crew that did an outstanding job! I highly recommend this company to anyone.

We’ve had the pleasure of Queen City Hardwoods completing two outstanding projects at our home. The first was refinishing our existing hardwoods a couple years back and now, a hardwood install in our kitchen. The kitchen originally had tile throughout which was removed by Queen City Hardwoods prior to the installation. Josh and his team are knowledgeable, professional, hardworking and friendly. The crew stayed on schedule and cleaned up each day before leaving. Josh’s experience in his profession and passion for providing quality results shines through our newly installed hardwood floors. Highly recommend using this company for anything hardwoods!
