I arrived at 6:20 pm and was told no one was available for a mani/pedi even though they close at 7:30 pm. I then drove to Elegant Nails on East. They close at 7 pm and were able to accommodate me. I won’t be going back to Polished because this wasn’t the only time they have had staffing issues.
Maria was amazing. I came in with toe nails that were terribly done from a different shop & she save my whole entire life. She was so helpful with tips on what color I should get as well, and even recommended the best spots to visit in Charlotte. I am so grateful someone recommended to come here. I will definitely be back in 1 month, and then more. 10/10 recommend.
Whitney is an amazing tech and artist! I’m so thankful that I found her. I recently moved to Charlotte and I’ve been looking for my go to spot! I’ve finally found it! I highly recommend them. So happy with my nails and I’ll keep coming back!
