Received a call from Todd at Atrium Health at Home today - he was very helpful in resolving my issues and setting up my future orders. It is employees like Todd that take their time to work with people to make things a lot easier for future business. Atrium really has a great employee.

I have had my Cpap for 6 months now and every month I place an order with Atrium Health at Home it is a nightmare!!
1-I should order my supplies monthly, when I do I don't qualify and have to wait.
2-Doctor prescribes a new mask, but I don't qualify for pillows because I just received a shipment for the old mask.

Poor service and they began charging $150 per month for use of a CPAP machine but they didn’t check with my sleep doctor prior to charging. It turns out I just needed an in lab sleep study to get it reapproved. My current bill is $500 or more. Rather than taking the time for me to get the lab study, they sent my bill to collections. I have never had this happen at Atrium Health. I had very bad (and costly) experience.

I've been receiving my son's enteral supplies and equipment for a little over 6 years now from Atrium Health Home Infusion and I have had no problems whatsoever. I always speak with Shawn or Landon and they both give excellent service. My life is very busy and I often forget to stay on top of different things but I can always depend on them to make sure that my son's refills are always on time. For this, I am forever grateful! Thank you all so much for everything that you do for my family!
