Atrium Health At Home - Infusion and Equipment

I've been receiving my son's enteral supplies and equipment for a little over 6 years now from Atrium Health Home Infusion and I have had no problems whatsoever. I always speak with Shawn or Landon and they both give excellent service. My life is very busy and I often forget to stay on top of different things but I can always depend on them to make sure that my son's refills are always on time. For this, I am forever grateful! Thank you all so much for everything that you do for my family!

Chris was AWESOME! He came to our home to set up our a CPAP for our 5 year old daughter. He was very thorough in explaining everything and he was great with our daughter. He also respected the fact we still require face mask & shoes off in our home because our daughter is high risk. I felt very comfortable with him in here and appreciated his professionalism.

I have been getting my cpap supplies from Atrium Health at Home for some time. It has always been a smooth process. Anytime I've had a billing issue, Jordan Malone, the billing manager, has always been quick to answer my questions and resolve any potential issues.I met Chris for the first time on Sept. 15 as he assisted me with my brand new equipment. He made the process smooth, and he was quick to answer all my technical questions. I appreciate his professionalism and, above all, his kindness towards me as I have been in a very difficult health situation for several months.I highly recommend Atrium Health at Home!!!
