I LOVE Jennifer. She is kind, friendly, and engages while she works on my nails. She’s honest with what she would recommend and doesn’t try to upswell you on services. She truly is a gem.Services: Pedicure
I would give all 5 stars because I think service by Jen is wonderful. Jen is true professional. She is precise, accurate and kind and she is doing amazing job in pedicure and manicure. I highly recommend her. The reason I gave 4 not 5 stars because customer service of this nail place could be better. Even if you'll make an appointment they are always 15-20 min late. Which is big deal for me as I have kids home and limited time to treat myself. Otherwise good place to come to do your pedicure or manicure.
My nail tech Jennifer is the absolute BEST! Her level ofexpertise is impeccable. Jennifer takes the time needed to perfect her craft. My nails last 4 -5 weeks! If I can give her a slogan, it would be "Charlotte's BEST kept secret!"Service: Acrylic nails
