My pedicurist was very rough with my feet. I had to tell him 3 times to lower the temperature of the water because my feet were literally burning and red. Then when I was checking out I misheard the price and I had a mishap with paying. The checkout lady was very rude when I was trying to figure out the mistake I made and would not let me finish my sentence. I am very displeased and will not return. My pedicure did look very good which is the only positive thing I can say.

It’s a nice salon but they charged $70 for my nails and one already fell off and I got them done on 8/12/23 and fell off on 8/16/23 and I’ve got my nails done cheaper and have lasted more than a month.

I have been using this location for over a year now. I normally get services by “Ming”.. he is excellent for manicures and overlays but today he was out on vacation and let’s just say…. Management should train people who can communicate with customers and still be able to provide the same service they consistently come for. Could possibly cause them to loose revenue if they don’t.
